I got a job offer:

A small Malaysian company with SAP Business Object partnership specializing SAP BI, in KL.
1st month: need to study SAP material and go exam in SAP Malaysia : Salary RM1800, if fail exam oni RM500 and bye bye.
2nd and 3rd month : in house SAP BI training : Salary RM2000
4th month onwards : basic salary range RM2200-2500, decided base on 1st three month performance, + few hundred <500 bonus IF perform well in project.

Its not a permanent job, contract 1 year, contract will be review again when approach end of 1st year base on performance.. NO bonus, only small incentives quarterly.

Downside:
1) not a permanent job(contract)
2) aspect me own a car between 3-6month i join work
3) salary not constants( base on performance in each project )
4) after 4th month going to work like crazy( know knowla SAP projects )
5) distance from my house : about 40min(one way)
6) small company, so hhmmm
7) survival in the company base on the PERFORMANCE in projects, nothing else.

Positive :
1) SAP business object materials and exam fees covered by the company
2) in house SAP BI training
3) a very good expose for a fresh graduate like me, each SAP project new place, new client.
4) now my age, still suitable to take risk and explore, and learn.
5) a gate way into SAP industry, especially in SAP BW(BI)
6) not type of a job that only sit in office and look at monier( i lovin it )

SO i am considering is this job worth taking or look job other job which give me a PERMANENT job status and salary..... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
Looking for valuable opinion, discussion, feedback, suggestions from friendly neighborhood lowyat forum members......

yes, only the salary is low.

thanks faceless.

Another headache:

today about 4pm, i got call from Accenture.
But not for SAP, but they offer me programming job, but will work in TM under their name.
3 months training. during training 2.2k, after training 2.5k.
If interested they ask me upload my result, so they can arrange my official interview in TM.

SAP or programming, permanent job or contract, accenture or some small SAP consulting company.....

If they offer SAP certification, I'd say go for it. Even if it did not turn out as good as you expected it to be, at least you will have the experience and certification in it, then go for another company who is willing to pay big bucks for SAP certification and experience.

Oh my gosh English has been misused here so elegantly I don't know if it was on purpose or not.

I think i should close this topic.....
People not giving opinion anymore, rather talk about english and jump ship.
i don't want my future employer misunderstand this discussion.
