There are some RT-N16 in C-Zone and All IT in Lowyat mall I think,

Which ver. of RT-N13U you have? RT-N13U ver.B1 or?? you can find the hardware ver in the bottom lable of RT-N13U.
you may also need to upgrate the latest fw with latest utility. hope this can solve your problems.
