QUOTE(stls @ Jul 19 2013, 12:15 PM) What about RT-AC66U? Does it work with Maxis Astro IPTV and do I need to do anything special to settings? Hi stls, Currently we are still testing the setting for the Maxis IPTV. If you have bought the router and you have Maxis IPTV, you can try manually add the vlan at the IPTV under LAN section. Thank you This post has been edited by ASUSmy: Jul 19 2013, 02:05 PM

Hey guys, I seriously need some help. I've been through all the dd-wrt wikis and can't figure out how to configure my Asus RT-N16 to work with the Maxis 4G/LTE usb modem (Huawei E392). Can someone point me to the simplest way to make it work? Much appreciated!

I just upgrade my old school asus wl500gP v1 to rt-n66u... straight flashed to tomato shibby v1.28 without any issue...
however, now I cannot access model interface through web.
my adsl modem is 192.168.0.1 my router is 192.168.1.1
/usr/sbin/iptables -I POSTROUTING -t nat -o vlan1 -d 192.168.0.0/24 -j MASQUERADE ip addr add 192.168.0.2/24 dev vlan1 brd +
previously I can access it on wl500gP v1 through above setting via 192.168.0.1 but right now I cannot access on rt-n66u...pls help
problem solved...there is one feature "Route Modem IP" in tomato shibby v1.28 which allow us to access modem ui.

If you have bought the router and you have Maxis IPTV, you can try manually add the vlan at the IPTV under LAN section. Thank you I'm a user of RTN-66U running on 3.0.0.4.372_1393 firmware, using Maxis IPTV. The router cannot connect to internet when I select the Manual profile, and manually input the IPTV VLAN number. The Maxis-Fiber-Special profile which have LAN3 configured as VOIP also cannot connect to internet too. Only Maxis-Fiber profile which have LAN3 configured as VOIP CAN connect to internet. Is the IPTV fix coming soon?

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Jul 24 2013, 10:50 AM) Hi greenlp_87, Thank you for the information. Thank you ur most welcome..i just noticed one issue with this router. When i unplug n plug in the usb modem back it didnt connect to internet automatically. so i have to setting it again on the 3g/4g user interface to connect to the internet..hopefully next firmware update can solve this issue. This can effect the user if the network/telco got issues on stability on that time..

Hi chenhui87, It seen like the only way you can do is by pause the torrent you don't want to download first or you can set the schedule at the General section. Download Schedule, select which day and the time frame you want to download. Thank you

So, DM only follow to priority of which task is add first to the list. I hope ASUS software engineer can solve this problem on next firmware update. This is quite un-user friendly.

Hi lanux128, You can do so by directly key in the MAC address and the IP address that you want. Thank you
