Hi All those user that used RT-N13U and have the Hang problem, can I ask do you notice that the wireless led light are off when the hang occurs? Or is there anything that is different before and after it hang on the router?

And this mostly occur when in Router, Repeater or AP mode?

Thank you

Router mode. Problem will mostly go away if I disable the AP, but the longest it lasted was 130 days before it hung again. It will hung in less than 48 hours if I turn on the AP

Hi gsJackMin, the router does support Maxis fiber network. But you need to keyin the vlan and the IPTV manually at LAN->IPTV in the router.

Hi ASUSmy, in my case it happen in router mode as well. The wireless light went off after a while and then it turn on back. It goes on continuously until I restart the router. During that time also the router mode was changed to repeater even it was set as router.

RT-AC66U user here. This will be my 3rd Asus Routers. So far the router is performed good. Range is very good compare to my Buffalo N router. But do like to complaint that the initial setup is a PITA.
Also this morning router just hang and had to soft reset and reload the firmware. Lucky all setting still intact. The router also ran quiet hot. I had to put a laptop cooler fan underneath.

Hi mikelanding, thank you for your feedback, may I ask have you updated the firmware to the latest already? Which is 3.0.0.4.246.

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLan...66U_3004246.zip

And does the Hand issue occur often?

Thank you.

Hi vickyrao, can I ask is the router has been updated to the latest firmware already based on the guide from "shadowblack"?

If still cannot, please follow the way on the youtube show below. Is rescue mode for ASUS router in case there is something wrong with the original firmware.

You can even refer to the instruction below from our website.

Thank you
