Haish.... another company trying to SUCK all our money.... cehh

Pay per use i think same like prepaid system... you dump some of money first, then use the "freedom" internet like "takut-takut" , how NOT to "takut-takut" when you see your prepaid amount turun like water...

Its like you topup your prepaid number say RM10, then you call here call there, sms here , sms there, then check back you balance, then you scared to call ... and then you start do a "missed-call" ... hahahahaha

icon_rolleyes.gif Brother almaty, you a Cybertrooper of rival telcos or ISP?  hmm.gif You sound mighty angry & trying to hantam YES since it's intial launch!!! Too bad indeed!! I had already told you clearly that I don't have the full details but you seem not satisfy & still want to hantam continuously.......you said this "spreading un-truths"......comon brother, what untruths did I speak, you seem to be putting words in my mouth!! hmm.gif ....peace brother. icon_rolleyes.gif
icon_rolleyes.gif Just received some information from a senior staff of YES to clarify the  "Minimum Usage Requirement of RM30"........
icon_rolleyes.gif Hope this helps!!

Peace upon you too brother monkeyking,

Perhaps before you put YES words here, you should read their Terms of Use posted in their "sometime working, sometime not working" yes.my website and here is the link to their Terms of Use in PDF format

http://www.yes.my/ytlc-common/supportdoc/Terms_of_Use.pdf

You quoted YES's senior staff

QUOTE
Other telco's postpaid commitment plan such as value 30 which they need to pay RM30 every month regardless if they use the phone or not. For prepaid, if they top up RM30, it only last for 30 days and whatever credit left will expire after a certain time.  For Yes, it's pay as you go. Just put a min credit of RM30 and use our service until the credit finish and then only you need to top up again. If it takes 6 month to finish the RM30, then you no need to top up fr 6 months. Yes credit also never expires.  So this is not the monthly commitment as how the other telcos are doing. It's just a minimum credit required to use Yes service. We may put it just RM1 but it means users need to top up more frequently.  For business or enterprise customers we will have the plan similar to what we have 'postpaid' now. These corp customers will be billed according to their monthly usage.
And below is the screenshoot of their Terms Of Use for MUR

I know that you are trying to explain about YES in a positive way since you have a someone you know in YES senior staff, but i think you must have a good understanding on customer's dis-satisfaction, disappointment that we've posted here. Please post something that make sense with evidence or proof , not just mouth-to-mouth.

I suggest you to show that Term Of Use that i posted here to the "senior staff of YES" , let him/her know about that, and ask their latest information and share with us their thought about the MUR BUT MUST BASED ON THEIR TERMS OF USE.

Why i must highlight their Terms Of Use ??? its a rules set by YES on the Terms to use their service and you must obey their terms in order to use their service.

Thanks
miskin

I guess the RM30 remains accumulated if you don't use your account at all.

It's not very different than prepaid lines because to remain active you just need to top up RM30 to have your remain line active.

A more economical approach is to allow your line to get suspended/inactive after 30 days, then only top up another RM30 in 2 months time approaching auto termination after 90 days.

But the drawback is you can't use the line during this period.

Don't just guess, read all their Terms and Condition

1) If they remove the "must use min RM30 every month/month" (MUR) then i will consider Yes
2) If they don't deduct my balance if i don't use min RM30/month, then i will consider Yes

- You see, if i bought the device, let say i bought it at 1/12/2010, i paid for RM99 (usb) + RM50 = RM149
- Then i topup RM30, download alot of stuff to utilize my RM30 in a month... now my balance = RM0
- Okay finish 1 month already, now i enter 1/1/2011
- I receive RM10 (remember the RM10 x 10 month if you buy usb dongle), so in my account got balance RM10
- I dont use YES anymore, because i dont have money la, i bankrup la, i dont work no money la, bla bla bla
- until March 2011, suddenly i menang nombor, not much RM100 only, then i topup RM100 to use YES
- Then check balance = RM10 , this is the balance i can use after i topup RM100
- THen i say WTF ???
- THen i say,, fakit laaa... dont want to use it for 100 days,
- Then, when after 100 days dont use YES, i want to use it lah, and want to topup.
- Then, YES say "Sorry sir, you account has been de-activated because of has been not active for 90 days, if you want to re-activate you account, please pay for the activation fee, RM50. You can still use your old number or a new number sir"
- THen i say, WTF x 2

vmad.gif

THis is because i dont use yes for 2 months, means i hutang sama YES RM60, the the latest topup after 2 months is :

RM100 (menang toto RM100) - RM60 (2 bulan tak pakai YES) - RM30 (RM10 x 3 month) = RM10

So, for those yang sudah pakai YES, speed was goooood, but REMEMBER, please MAINTAIN/TOPUP RM30 every month thumbup.gif
If not you will say WTF later .... believe me smile.gif

IF .. IF .. IF YES remove the 2 items above, i will consider to use YES ... just for my backup internet
