The RM30. Is it the minimum has to spend (at 9 sen per sms/minute/3mb) on services ?
For example if I use only 100 mintes a month. That means rm9. So it will be : 1) I still need to pay rm30 as minimum payment. or 2) I have to pay rm30 + rm9 for a total of rm39 ? |
