QUOTE(prasys @ Nov 20 2010, 02:09 PM) Yes4G is for :- 101 % agreed !!!1. Backup Internet 2. If you wanna cut down calls 3. If you just wanna check and tweet how great the world is and upload couple of photos Yes4G is not for :- 1. Kaki torrent 2. Heavy youtube user - every day stream 20 videos 3. porn lover 4. Gamer Its simple as that I am also getting it for my backup internet, since i will have my own prefered number for RM0 charge, the device is cheap, RM99 going to check whether the yes.id support in PC, so that i could make calls on PC, or any device like android, iphone, since it make calls over their VOIP services. just like, u use maxis, u install YES software in your iphone, then u have 018 number via ur 012 HSDPA, isn't it good? instead of using the WIMAX service? then u can use ur USB-YES-WIMAX dongle to online when u are in the "coverage" area. still complaining that their SIP services only works on their network.
connect via wifi from home's streamyx, their yeslife can't use at all, means my 018 number is useless, they are also not concentrating on their voice since all running via SIP. I just wan their SIP service to be able to use it on my maxis network. |

QUOTE(dchk @ Sep 15 2011, 02:20 PM) Saw that Yes is testing on an Adndroid phone but with 3G sim card feature. Not really sure what that means. Yes they can do that by MVNO to some local GSM/3G provider like.... U-mobile? maybe Since they have their MMC/MNC assigned by MCMC ![]() Until some state of the art Wimax phone come out... |
