Just look at their CS contact number, their dont even usign their own 018-xxxx number for CS, so basically we can know how well the 018 number is working.  rclxms.gif

As far as my experience from others telco/ISP, for the simple thing that they can resolve fast, you sure can get prompt reply one, hahaha. Like last time when I using Digi, for small matter, their technical call me back very fast to resolve the matter, but for the problem that I always cant get 3G or 3.5G and even in edge I also always cant connect, I never receive a single call from them. From the time I make complaint till I terminate the service, none of their technical actually contact me,  doh.gif .

I don't feel is was overload.... more like some server failed/died there, or some one is scroll up the server, biggrin.gif... for such a long hours since this morning... i don't think it will over loaded so long lar, =.=.

right now the YES is doing the PAY AS U USE ( minimum usages RM30 every month ),.. so only light and a bit of medium user is using,. but when YES is really expand to most plan and more user,. u imagine same thing like p1,. first starting time is amzing,.. and then after 3 years now, is officially overloaded and instead of they enlarge their signal tower capacity , they choose to reduce 400kbps ( FUP ) to 128kbps ( FUP ),.... which mostly people only interested after quota speed is 400kbps not 128kbps

simply if u can afford of course yes is way better than p1,.. p1 is super congested is most of the place now, and customer service sucks big time too,

well at least yes do provide the speed promise,.. which p1 is not...

U-mobile is coming into the broadband scene as well. And their speed is 42MBps instead of Yes 16MBps. For RM68 you get 5GB from U. Instead of pathetic RM68 for 3.5GB from Yes. If they can provide that speed realistically, Yes is far from cheaper and fast. I am playing a wait and see game.

The also have a RM128 - 20GB as compared to RM150 - 10GB.

If Yes, wants to compete, they got to do better. Only thing I can say is, perhaps on coverage, they may lose out. But those of us in Klang Valley, are pretty safe.

i dont agree with your post at all,.

In Penang , Yes did provide the whole ISLAND coverages very well before they launch,. u mobile coverages in penang is such a mess, not to mention the speed u can get the 42Mbps is very limited,

if u get YES,in anywhere under coverages all u need to do is get a USB extension cable and place your Go dongle at window, if u get 4 bar above, u able to get 10Mbps - 18 Mbps,.. is different case for u mobile,. not all user can get 10-18Mbps under 42Mbps coverages area,

plus Yes is soon going to wimax generation 2,.

yup, the rebates can be used that way. And yes, you can use back your existing ID. Just need to let the staff know when you're signing up the package.

One thing to note about renewing VP when you've used up your quota before the expiry date, make sure you reconnect the Yes 4G connection to get a new IP address after you've renewed the VP. If not, your credits/rebates will be deducted instead of the quota in the new VP. After getting a new IP address, it should be back to normal. Well, at least that was based on my recent experience.

Yes Support wasn't helpful as I only got their response weeks after I've solved the problem myself.  vmad.gif

oh well, nice prduct = no support

lame product = nice support,.. laugh.gif
