Just look at their CS contact number, their dont even usign their own 018-xxxx number for CS, so basically we can know how well the 018 number is working.
As far as my experience from others telco/ISP, for the simple thing that they can resolve fast, you sure can get prompt reply one, hahaha. Like last time when I using Digi, for small matter, their technical call me back very fast to resolve the matter, but for the problem that I always cant get 3G or 3.5G and even in edge I also always cant connect, I never receive a single call from them. From the time I make complaint till I terminate the service, none of their technical actually contact me,
