Yes Life works as long as it is connected to the internet. It doesn't necessary have to be using YES 4G connection to make calls. You can make calls as long as you're connected to internet.

very simple. YesLife = VoIP app.

you don't need SIM card to use it. You just need INTERNET CONNECTION and enter your YES account details, and then it'll connect to the Internet and you can use it already.

VoIP = Internet required. No Internet, no jalan.

YES 4G are using like CDMA technology such as VERIZON in US...
our telco like celcom maxis digi are using GSM, which requires the sim card...
CDMA tech doesnt need a sim... it is a built in device... do google my dear..

only 4 devices supports the Yes 4G connection.

Yes Zoom (WiFi Router, I'm using this one)
Yes Buzz (Phone)
Yes Go (USB)

this is unlike Celcom 3G or Maxis 3G where it can be tied to your number / SIM.
