You need to get the WiMAX modem, dongle or the mifi to surf the internet.

No, you cannot use your iPhone to surf without the mifi.

But it doesn't make sense if you are existing iPhone user with data plan.

1. If you subscribe to iPhone, you can subscribe to the data plan as well, why want to subscribe to another data plan with YES?
2. You will need to bring another device in your pocket (mifi), also doesn't make sense.

Buying credit online? How do I go online to buy credit when I have zero credit left?

So if there are 4 people using the Mifi or Zoom, everyone's PC gets a pop-up? What if I disable pop-ups? If I am connected via Wifi, how does the device know how to push a pop-up to my browser? Or will all browsing stop and everyone's browser go to a reminder page? What if I don't have any browser but using a non-browser program to use the internet (like internet radio via winamp)? Or is it an SMS to a phone number? What if I don't have a mobile phone? Doesn't sound right.

Ugh. I can imagine, top up RM10, watch HD Youtube for half an hour, receive reminder to top up. Put another RM10, watch another 30 min HD Youtube, pop-up another reminder to top-up. 

I wonder how they going to sell their Sezmi IP TV, when a 2 hour 30 min HD movie costs more than RM70-RM90+ in bandwidth cost. And that's not yet including the price you pay for the movie itself. Ouch.

Just wondering, is it possible to use 2 YES USB dongle on 2 different laptop to login with same YES ID password at the same time?

AFAIK its 3 devices, don't care what device. dongle no SSID right? SSID is the id for wifi connection.

Not true.They will deduct RM30 per month.So if you just left Rm20 in your account,after deduct RM30,there will be -RM10 in your account.Unless you top up it until positive amount,if not,you will never get their services.If you not reload continuously within 6 months,they will terminate your line. This statement is based on YES representative from KL Sentral and Lot 10.

I was told your version of story by the sales staff of Thunder Match IOI Mall and got tricked by him to activated the Yes account.
This is exactly what I was told by the Yes customer service.
Yet another version....3 months gets barred. No credit No access what ? Why is it necessary to barred ?

ANything not true?I already mentioned they will deduct RM30 per month.Let say you left RM-10 in your account,you top up RM20,so that you account bcom +RM10.Thus,the amount that you can use just RM10.If you still remain the RM10 until end of the month,when they deduct RM30,your account will bcom -RM20.As long as your account credit is positive,you can use it even it left RM0.10.

ehh...But still, no credit means no voice calls, what is the purpose of barring ?

Ok.I noticed it.My main point was , not a must to stay RM30 min in your account.Once you top up your account until positive value,then you can use the services.

Is it true, "Go 4G Doggle" starter kit does not come with free YesMail?
I bought that early this week, pay RM100, try to login for YesMail, but unsuccessful. Send email to their customer service, and got a reply saying "Go 4G Doggle" did not come with FREE YesMail. In the brochure and its website says it come with FREE YesMail. I am confused. Is that true?
If this the case, it is blatant lie on their part.

can the reload card of the HSBC promo be used like normal credit to purchase the VP and how many days the credit can be used for?
actually how do we topup to our ac via the reload cards?
and if i ady hav an existing ID, can i just use the RC on my ID instead of the promo ID?
abt the YES rm1199 promo, there is the Easy Payment plan of rm50x24 mths too, how to subscribe to tat 24mths easy payment plan? lower outlay rite?

if we based the price of the Huddle to be rm300( for our calculation),

Package 1) means the the rm400 rebates = rm100 [(rm1200-rm800(credit)-rm300(huddle)=rm100(rebates)]
and rebates can be use to make calls and data on the basis of rm30/GB(data) once we finish the VP data within the 30 days period rite? and this also tied our rm1200 till it is being used up, maybe in abt a year ( lets say we buy a VP68/mth)

Package 2) means the Huddle = rm300 and the Topcard of rm150 +rm9 = rm459

Package 3) nothing much to mention cause the above 2 is much better, esp package2 as it wont tie you to a longer period and lower investment too

something to remember, Package1 can be purchase via a rm50x24 mths easy pymt via HSBC CC (which i hav)
