whats ur source heartmeplz? have u tried?
AFAIK its 3 devices, don't care what device. dongle no SSID right? SSID is the id for wifi connection.

Since it's free 10GB until 19/12/2010, i will download some movies to finish my 10GB, then keep my GO or lelong it... can't commit RM30 every month

Pro : Speed is good, but too early to tell, wait until they have alot of subscribers
Cons : Coverage not good, first i lepak at mamak stall inside, only got 2 bars, then move outside mamak, can get full bar

me too are you using windows vista? yesterday i went to yes store kl sentral and they told me windows vista they got some problem which hopefully will be fixed by this week.Or in other words, wait for the new update version of Yeslife

If they are positioning their service as premium internet (with current pricing), I don't think they will have problem with increasing subscribers. Unless they start with RM130 for 30GB or worse the unlimited. While I prefer lower cost, I hate paying cheaper while crazy downloaders sucking all the bandwidth.

btw, anyone has comparison which one has better reception better between GO and Huddle devices?

well YES could become a great internet provider if they charge 3 sen for 3MB which is 1 sen per MB. Provided the awesome internet speed and a better coverage because seriously am i require to stay near main highway when i am out of the city?

hide myself inside my room, middle in the ground floor of double storey house, only 1 bar reception on my GO, managed to get solid 2mbps,

inner side of my living room gets 2 bar reception on my GO, gets around 3mbps, sitting near to the sliding door gets, 5mbps with 3 bar, and if use from the porch get 8.19mbps. LOL.

wierd things is if i climbed up to 2nd floor, it seems to have better reception, if near to window of master bedroom gets me 5 bar, hitting 8.32mbps, other place remained 4 bars, with around 8mbps.

seriously, the service is good, hope they can maintain it.

That was my expected pricing. Dissapoints me when they say affordable broadband for all, charging 9 cent/3MB. RM10.24 for 1GB or RM30+ for 3GB is definitely great compared to the current Digi RM38 (Day plan), RM68 (normal package), and Maxis RM68, all 3GB.

Guess a lot of Digi and Maxis RM68 users will jump ship if they do so. Lower their profit, yes, but increased volume will offset the lower gains.

i have questions, let's say i reload rm30 each month, and i didn't use but just to accumulate the credit, will be available for the future when i wanna use it? or they will deduct rm30 every month automatically?

Oops.. Should be RM30.72 (1024 x 3cent) coz 1GB = 1024GB. Poeple including me tends to take 1000MB = 1GB. How do they charge? 9cent/3MB for a block or 3cent/1MB for a block? If so then if 1GB = 1024, they will charge on 342*3=1026MB, that makes up RM30.78 (1GB), instead of per MB RM30.24 (1GB).

They will deduct RM30 every month based on their minimum RM30 usage. So you have to reload at least RM30 every month to keep a >=0 balance, even if you don't use it.

RM30 is deducted every month even u didnt utilize it.....means RM30 will burnnnnnn!!!... ....i've using it now, i would say the speed is good but it's not for heavy usage lar...even 1 bar can give u more than 1mbps speed.

everyone keeps mentioning bout the internet usage but none for telephone and sms....for those having problem applying telekom coz new neighborhood, it's oso good if you're in the coverage..

wow i got 10.68mbps dload, upload 2.4mbps when near the window with 4 bar.however when i move away from the window with 1-2bar i got dload 4.06mbps upload 1.08mbps!
digi have been giving crappy speed nowadays so i change to YES
really good for radio streaming for me and occasionally youtube video streaming

rm30 is for the fees or including usage?

RM30 is the amount you have to reload and available for usage. If you don't use, they will deduct it at the end of your billing cycle. I guess no hidden charges for bills etc? Not sure since I did not say Yes.

what about if i purposely don't want to pay rm30 monthly, how long would be validity to reload just to keep the line activated?
