1) Termination request - < 3months to process.
2) Refund request < 6 months to process.

according to their terms of use dated 12 Nov 2010:

11. Termination
(a) You may terminate Your account with Us at any time by notifying Us via telephone, mail, or e-mail (receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from Us), UNLESS Your subscription package provides for a minimum contract period, whereupon if You terminate Your subscription before the expiry of the minimum contract period, You shall pay Us the sum representing 1.2 times of the balance value of the contract period or such other value as may be specified in that contract. A porting out of Your mobile number from Us is deemed to be termination of Your account by You. (b) We may terminate Your account if either (1) You (i) persistently do not adhere to Our Acceptable Use Policy (ii) persistently fail and/or neglect to pay Us amounts owed (iii) are adjudicated bankrupt (iv) are in breach of any of the terms of this Agreement (v) use the Service in breach of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and its statutory instruments or in contravention of any written law; (2) We are instructed or directed by MCMC to do so; (3) it is in the public interest or (4) due to the existence of a declared public emergency.
© A notice of termination will be sent by Us to You via email to the email address specified by You or if none specified by post.
(d) The effective date of the termination will be as specified in the notice to You or from You to Us (as the case may be).
(e) Upon termination Your account will be closed on the date specified in the termination notice and You will no longer be able to use the Services.

12. Effect of termination
Upon the termination of Your account: (a) All usage charges and Fees due to Us is to be paid by You immediately, and is deemed to be a debt due to Us. We may set-off this debt against any moneys due to You from Us. (b) There shall NOT BE ANY REFUND by Us to You of any unused usage credits. © Your access to all Services shall cease and any User Data held by Us unless deleted, may be returned to You upon payment of the applicable Fees and if technically feasible. (d) All unused Rebates shall immediately expire.

its better to notify them that you would like to terminate your line rather than just leave it there.
