I think if its activated on Steam or EA Downloader you can download it... Can anyone else confirm this is true, I'm not very sure.

EA Downloader yes. Steam no. That only works for Steam copies unfortunately.

If say I only have the vanilla DA:O and not DA:O Awakening savegame, it would be interesting to see the "default" choices being made for me in DA2. (My mage heroically sacrificed herself to slay the dragon, lol!)

Any chance of Alistair making a comeback in DA 2 ? He's too funny to be left out  nod.gif  .

It's an RPG. You know. Role-playing.

im playing hard difficulty, my team is
Me-rogue with dual blade(main damage dealer)
Alistar-tank (protect mage and attract enemies)
Morrigan- learn all negative debuffs(palaryzed and aoe palaryzed etc, heal as well)
the old lady(i cant recall her name tongue.gif)- main healer(all debuffs as well)

I hv been using tis combo for a long time, jz make sure u set everyone doing their jobs,i just control my rogue and backstabbbbbbbingggg!

Double aoe palaryzed is amazing biggrin.gif

How dare you forget Wynne? tongue.gif

I swap around my teammates alot, if only to hear them converse during certain part of the game. Alistair and Morrigan always win.

Anyways, warrior can be good damage dealer. My epic 2H Sten will like to have a word to anyone who disagrees. (He deals even more damage than me as a Mage).

Y'can't keep a good dragon down... But, err... they kinda want to come down themselves (So you can beat them apparently). Case in point: Poor Skyrim dragon.

Maybe it's like an extended kick in the nuts and secretly they're all just laughing at you.

Think about all those other dragons that you've killed, who apparently gave up their advantage (Flight), so they could lose to you on the ground.

Nah, it the rule of cool. ALL DRAGONS MUST FACE THE HERO ON THE GROUND OR THEY GIVE UP THEIR MANTLE OF COOLNESS ™.

i just started playing Dragon Age : Origin. doh.gif

btw, may i know roughly how long is this game?
*
Depends on how completionist you are. One run can take anything between 12-20 hours. Imagine repeating that 6 times to get all the race/origin combo. tongue.gif

speaking about DAO, is there like a deluxe edition/ultimate edition of DAO+Awakening including all the DLCs for sale?

Yep. You can get it retail or steam.
