i think he meant that crowd of enemies suddenly appearing behind you after you've defeated the first wave.

oh ya true.. always nearly die then killed the last enemy wif my 1 surviving warrior then suddenly 10 enemy come out from nowhere

no you won't be very lost. no doubt the conversation and storyline will appeal more to those who played ME1 before, but it wouldn't affect much. it might however, irritates u to try out ME1 just for the heck of it

Finished DA2. Total time taken 70+ hours. Move along, nothing to see here. *heads back to DAO*

I couldn't even finish it, since the release date up until now i just couldn't force myself to finish the game, reading the codex is boring, only some are interesting to read, the rest is a reminder from DA:O. Geez, I am aware about all the races and i read the codex in Origins, and they repeat that shit in DA2. = =

Honestly, I prefer they make a game regarding Andraste, Tevinter Imperium, The invasion of Qunari, not to mention the first blight. Hell, so many dialog regarding Tevinter Imperium makes me wants to travel there and see for myself.

this is a game not a book

It is supposed to enlighten those who wish to know more about the lore of the game. You would appreciate the game a little bit more if you knew about the story behind each character or the various locations frequently mentioned in the game.

But if you don't want to read it, its fine too haha.

I read codex because i want every penny worth it. Ya, Enclave Recruit is right. If you want to play a game, might as well immerse it into their world and what i might do there. Pretty nerdy, i know!

Finally killed the so-called High Dragon. I missed it in my first playthrough.

Like the game, the High Dragon is also pretty meh.

One tank to distract and 2 ranged (Sebastian and Varric) can easily kill it. The fourth guy (Fenris) only watched haha.

In DAO, it was run for your f***** lives, its a DRAGOOOOONNNNNN!!!! Now, its....meh
