if someone who is using celcom postpaid wants to get get the iphone 4 and keep the number, can it be done on the spot or have to change to maxis first, then only can buy the iphone 4 together with the plans ?

Since it says only free local CALLS. Free sms only for maxis to maxis.

Problem with ivalue plans is that they dont include free sms to other networks. This is why im thinking of changing to digi
