If u are a supp line under your brother now, switching to iValue1 means you 2 cant share credit and no more free calls between u and him.

hello im in ivalue 1 data plan..since i just bought my iphone 3gs bcoz i didnt knw phone4 wud b out in a couple of weeks after i bought my phone..damn u maxis seller..aaanyway i paid RM400 for my deposit for 5 months..it deducted on my bill for the 1st month..but NOT on the second month first month i only pay rm25..when i call they said i hav to pay on time firsr then they deduct..2nd bill 181 ringgit..then 3rd bill came237 rggit???

im confuseee...can anybody help me?? im nt tht tech savvy i reaaallly need ur help..

i'm using maxis iphone 4g with sme package for idata plan 3g for RM66

from what i heard from ym agent, i can get unlimited package but after 3g, it will be slow rather than charge ur piggy bank

I called maxis today telling them that i had not received my 500mb and the guy was like blur checking with his boss and all. Then after 12 minutes, he took down all the info, he said he will check with the center i bought (Sunway).

Later i got a call from sunway asking me my IMEI number. Till now i haven't received my 3g data package.

Anyone with similar issue?

guys, I know that supplimentary line owner can't purchase the ip4, and need the principal owner to book it, but after that if i would like to retain my number, will i still be able to attach to my principal line? (we are in the family plan)

so the bill date for the 1st month is 7/11/2010

and the bill i need to pay for the 1st month is RM77.01...


question : isn't we have pay for the prepayment RM200...and why they don't reduct it??? or it start on 2nd month???

1st bill no deduction since it's pro-rate.. Just got my 2nd bill, the deduction for pre payment is there.

just wanna ask, for iData plan 1 (RM30 for 250mb), can I take the plan only without taking the phone? Cause I currently have a 3gs, and I'm on supplementary line family 30, so I would just wanna take the plan.. is it possible? Kindly enlighten me, cheers

Just got my bills on the 8th, they forgot to deduct out my calls between principal line & supplementary line which is amounted to RM50.88 (including service tax).. and guess what i called them 3 times on the 9th and the third time i called, i'm making sure they are deducting out the RM50.88 from my bill... You guys better checked Maxis bill every month they tend to overcharges customers... zz ..

Nope, WiFi is not included in the data usage.

wifi is not included in cellular data usage. u can see it in setting>general>usage.

im using i value 1..

there should be free 200 sms and 300mins of calls

but how to check how many sms i have sent?
