It shows..... New ivalue1 - monthly commitment 06/10/10-16/10/10  amount 36.66
Call forwarding package  rm3
Itemised billing  rm5
Call rm16.38
Data 14.95
Call forwarding accessfee waiver -3.00
Amount deducted from available new ivalue talktime -16.38
New ivalue 1 SMS rebate -7.30 ( but bottom there shows I SMS to 136 maxis user and it cost 13.60 but why deduct 7.30 for me only?)
New ivalue 1 mms rebate -0.25
Monthly charges and value added service 2.08
Usage charges 0.37
Total 51.51

How come my monthly commitment will be that high? And why they deduct only 7.30 for my SMS rebate? While I used rm13.6....

11 days / 30 days x Rebates = Your 1st month bill rebates... i.e: 11/30 x RM100 = RM36.66

The RM400 will be deducted over the next 5 months bill equally for RM80 per month.

Sorry for my stupidity... Why the rebates will be rm100? Isit bcos the monthly commitment is rm100? And is this case only will happen for 1 time? Thn will my bill come again on 6th of November(1month after purchased)?

is this bill already been deducted by the rm80(rm400. / 5 months prepayment)? Is my prepayment deduction left 4 months?
Rlly srry for my stupidity.. I'm new in postpaid... Millions of thanks for everything!!

helo...i wanna ask about the i100 plan. im thinking to take that plan but it says 333 mins free calls with in own network. so if i call other operator like land line, digi and celcom users...i get charged 0.15 cents on top of that Rm100 right? So i'll sure to pay more than rm100 if i call other networks. correct me if i am wrong. Thanks.

I think the iData plan sounds fishy. I just received my first bill today. I share the bill with my brother. He subscribe iValue1 plan, while I subscribe iData2 plan. There is nothing weird with his bill except mine. I chose iData2 because I want the lowest commitment as possible. If possible I don’t want to bond in any contract at all because I always not in this country but I got no choice. They don’t want to sell the iPhone4 without contract. I rarely use this phone for calling because this is just my secondary number to get the iPhone4 during the first launch. How come my bill can up to RM87? Last time the agent told me I just need to pay RM50 for the 500mb data. Of course I understand I need to top up the bill for any call. The problem is I seldom use for call. Normally I use this phone to surf internet. Why I need to pay for Value Plus Family Supp about RM27? I already paid for the iPhone4 32GB (1 year) at higher price which is RM2390 where my brother only paid RM1990. RM400 different. How come my bill not much different with his? Some more he can get 1GB data where mine only can get 500mb. This is unfair. They never mention about RM27 monthly commitment when I want to subscribe. Some more didn’t state at the brochure during that time.

If I know this will happen, I rather add another RM13 to subscribe the iValue1 plan to get more benefits and I can save RM244 a year (RM400 – RM13(12).

POYOZER,

If need to, try negotiate with Maxis to change plan to iValue1. I'm sure they allow you to upgrade, but not downgrade, during the contract period.

That means I can stop at any time?

(RRP - Upfront Cost) x (Remaining months / 12 months) + RM100 Admin Fee

eg.
(RM2690 - RM2390) x (11/12) + RM100 = RM375
