There's basically no difference between all the versions. Diablo 3 has a global play feature and the only difference you speak of here is the price and arrival date for each version. MY version (RM218) was already in stock few days back but SG version (currently @RM180) will only be available tomorrow. (most probably this evening, according to rocket_jet) *fingers cross*
