from this screenshot, think we can pre sign with apple and authorise other person to receive on our behalf.

Just to check.. Sign contract with Singtel or Starhub can get the iphone4 faster if compare with purchase online? Any idea?

you'll get it faster if u buy from telcos but imo 3 weeks is worth waiting bcos price not much diff

anyone already hav a change from prepared shipping --> shipped?

To the come of it, many have not gotten "prepared for shipment". Don't put the credit card and etc into context yet . Many whose order is going to be shipped on the later date like 27 or early september got their status changed where as a number of users who ordered on a earlier date, 31st July or 4th Aug have not gotten their status changed. Prepared to shipment means they will lock down your shipment and you can't change your CC details or address/cancel your order.

Probably those who got the prepared for shipment will only get their "shipped" according to the date apple gave in the email. Those who ordered and not gotten "prepared for shipment", yours will probably come as your shipping date comes nearer. Probably 1-2 days before the date. In simple terms, apple will stick to the shipping date they provide us . For now, just chill and drink a cup of coffee.

cause i fulfil the criterias u mention above YET both my orders
dated 31 july and 2 august current status is NOT YET SHIPPED -.-

Well, as I was using an HSBC card to order similarly on 5th of Aug too and had my status changed to Prepared for Shipment, I have checked with the bank this morning (around 3:45 am) that Apple hasn't charge my card yet...

Which is contrary to the Auth. Dept personnel who called me during my order day on 5th August.....weird

However I am keeping my fingers crossed....

jst called CC service center and the operator told me apple has already charge 4K++ to my account d....hope that i can get ip4 earlier

Did U order a 16 or 32GB? From looks of it, they've begun shipping 16GBs whilst 32GB orders are still on hold

This is getting funnier and funnier by the day. When the "prepared for shipment" notification. Everyone "kan chiong" and check their status. Suddenly, today the notification was reverted back. Apple is indeed playing with us and we are back to square one
