I am not sure if this was shared before.. anyway.. QUOTE Yes, I think we can do it using a Malaysian credit card. I used my credit card from CIMB Bank to place an order on the Singapore Apple online store. The only caveat is that you have to ship to a Singapore address – in fact, the system checks for this before letting you continue, and you have no option to choose shipping to another country at all! further details.. http://mytechnews.info/b/2010/08/ordering-...n-malaysia.html

QUOTE(consultant79 @ Aug 4 2010, 07:42 AM) whoever who bought more than 1 iphone per account is likely to get their order cancelled. Talked to apple, and they said foreign CC is fine. please kindly explain? AFAIK apple allows 2 units per account...

QUOTE(dARKaNGEl @ Aug 4 2010, 12:35 AM) my friend brought back 2 ip4 from UK for me and didn't kena custom. Just hand carry and put in hand carry bag. No need stop for custom check, just walk through the No Custom Declaration lane and act normal. unseal box will be the safer option. but then again, lots of ppl brought back sealed box without custom issue. depends on luck if they choose u and ask u to scan your luggage If by car, they just peek into your car and ask you open trunk only right??? and one more thing is... If they find it sealed and tax you... how much is the tax ?

Guys, do any of you actually see the purchase on your credit card statement? I bought on 31st July, received confirmation email, but until now 4th Aug also don't see it appearing on my credit card online activity.
I'm hoping it's like those hotel deposit where they 'block' certain $$ on your credit limit but don't actually charge you til you check out.
