Need some advise.
I'm looking to get protein for before-bed.
between ON 100% casein and nitro core, which is better?
Any other brands recommended?
ON Casein or ON Nitro Core or any other?

search in supplymentreview.com, u can find and also compare all the product exits in earth, for instants, on casien rated the best of all the casien product, but its abit thick and creamy, if u like it then why not... a decent product i would said, but, remember, buy it from a trustworthy seller... dun get it from rockwalk...
