Sounds like the problem I am having.
Downloaded RAR files from various places like hotfile, rapidshare etc and getting CRC / corrupted file errors.
It is also a problem on 2 PCs.

Also tried rebooting everything without finding the solution yet.

Please share if a solution has been found.

I called them too.
After restarting, phone stopped working
Just got a report number and they said to wait 24 hours. FTW.

Let's start a list of members affected, location & problem:

Now can't download nothing at all!
Even a 4MB file is corrupted when I try to run it.

VOIP - Still down.
Internet - OK for surfing (I guess)
Downloading - Files STILL CORRUPTED.

Compensation is definitely in order.

Seems typical of TM incompetency.
Unable to solve VOIP problem more than 2 days after report made.
Followed this thread and the instructions given and recovered the VOIP in less than an hour.
Downloads still corrupted though.
RAR files all have CRC errors.

That recording is definitely more than 48 hours old and they still don't seem to have answers.

I got my VOIP working based on info from this thread and when I called to follow up on my complaint of corrupted downloads, they just asked if VOIP was working without a proper explanation when I said it was.
And no answer at all about corrupted downloads. The guy made it sound like a very unique problem and asked me to email them some screenshots!
And they have to refer to stupid sounding departments like "follow-up" department and "abuse" department etc.
Also just received my TM/Streamyx bill for August yesterday and still billed for the whole month although I terminated the account at TMPoint.

2. WhiteMouse - Kepong Bdr Menjalara (Condo) - phone line down, nothing is working.. cant even conenct to the internet.
3. Drsirpet - Damansara Damai - corrupted download, lost packet and slow connection..
4. -pWs- Kepong Bdr Menjalara - Corrupted download. (Huawei BTU)
5. yushin - Subang Airport Area - VOIP OK by itself, I didn't touch anything, internet and IPTV ok.
6. +newbie+ - Subang Jaya - VOIP down, internet and IPTV ok
7. keevster - Ara Damansara, VOIP Down, Everything else OK
8. wiraone - BRP, Sg Buloh - none work for me at the moment, it started with corrupted download and then no internet, voip nor iptv..
9. NaMEe - Bdr Menjalara housing area - phone line down, iptv working, internet working (freaking slow), downloaded file is corrupted
10. Prominen - Tmn Ehsan, Kepong - corrupted download. (only certain files corrupted especially rar file. Solves using Jdownloader for corrupted file only)
11. Evirober - Kota Damansara -corrupted downloads, inconsistent (low!) download speed (Huawei BTU)
12. julnoel - ??? - packet loss (Huawei BTU)
13. billytong - DesaparkCity(Kepong) - VOIP(i fixed it) - packetloss (Huawei BTU) - Slower than usual website loading - Havent do any direct download since so i cant confirm this part on my side.
14. Auronthas - Puchong Utama - VOIP (Fixed with LYN guide), 0% packetloss (Huawei HG850a), internet download/upload working well though
