hey guys... i was online... then suddenly pc lost connection.... went downstairs to check. my D-link DIR-615 router was blank... as in no light at all. does it mean it is dead ??

so now i cannot use unifi and iptv.. atleast still could use voip to call them... then found out my streamyx and copper line still active, here i am using streamyx back.

called tm unifi technical. so waiting for their support. anyone faced this before too?

I received the Unifi bill today. I get a shocking discovery. They charge when you call the 1-300 number!! Last time, when I used the Streamyx which also have free call to TM fixed line and they do not charge when you call 1-300 number.

I called the Unifi centre and the Customer Service Confirm to me that they do charge the 1-300 number under special number. What the hack is this!! The 1-300 number also a TM fixed line and moreover the owner of the 1-300 line pay the charges to TM when we call the line and now TM do a both side charge. They really want to make money out of it. I told the CS of the Unifi centre that they better provide us the normal 8 digits phone number so that when we call them, we no need to pay. Now when you call the Unifi Centre's 1-300 number from your Unifi's Voice line, you have to pay for it !!!
