The unifi cabinet is the small exchange box with all the fiber inside, not the white one on top the phone pole. The outside is just plain brown colour with a tm sign or something(i think).I think they are still testing it as i write.

Sorry i'm not the one that talked to them, got the info from my dad.

I'm overseas right now... asked sis to check my router login/password. seems fine. Link / Auth lights on.

I'm not subang exchange but subang airport exchange... turn off the main switch to reboot whole thing... not working... sigh... I've terminated my streamyx.. no backup at all..

me using subang airport exchange. no DC whole night for me this few day. but link is a bit slow tho. did a 1.4GB transfer and take 2 hrs plus to finish.

you might wanna consider getting a wireless broadband with a mobile wifi router like me. once the unifi is down i share my HSPDA connection and allow 2-3 pc online.

Actually I am using subang airport exchange too. I think the Dlink 615 router tm give me is not good enough.

Can someone recommend me a better router to replace the Dlink?

I just checked the Unifi Billing & Payment Guide, and just noticed it has been updated to inform us that we can pay online now, but only via M2U. I tested it out and can confirm that we can select 'Telekom Malaysia Berhad - UniFi' in the 'Utilities' category. I then called UniFi CS to ask when it would be available in CIMBclicks, but the rep couldn't answer. I also asked when it was made available in M2U, and she said it was already available for a month? Huh, I'm pretty sure a lot of people checked with UniFi CS these past few weeks and got the same answer that we couldn't pay online for now. What crappy customer service, but that's nothing new I guess. Oh well, at least we can pay online now.
