My router fried this morning and not able to powerup. Called the cs and they said will arrange technician to come over to fix it. Till now they havent phone me. Anyone have any other contacts that i can get through besides the 1300881221 ? The line is so busy now.

My installer was very careless, they left the green dustbin box open after installation. I found out 3 days later and put it back myself. But without key i can't lock it back. I called the CS to remind them and until today still no one come to lock it. So, anyone naughty can just pull my cable out and that's.

dude,

i thought that when they do the installation, the installer will hand over you a copy of information about your Unifi registration that include the details information...
