im planning to get optimus one, but it lacks flash support (based on what i read) and camera flash... any other alternatives i may consider for a phone within the same budget/price range?

thats what i think... actually never really thought ill get O1 (thinking of DHD as a matter of fact), but my current phone is breaking in my hand, literally and might give up anytime soon and my savings arent up to 1.5K yet. so, its more like a "transition" phone for this year or something, till dual-core android is up.

the only real differences between O1 and OC would be some memory, battery and camera, isnt it? and still, both aint got no flash

but if its you, which would you choose?

same here. my vote goes to DHD. yea its amoled vs tft lcd when it comes to display and dhd lacks the front facing cam, but as far as im concerned, people rarely make any video-calls. DHD specs are nice and apart from the batt (which isnt such a hassle for me) it should be the one till dual core arrived later this year (i hope, i think)
