I find it hard to recommend any Android phone to someone who asks for good battery life. If you want good battery life, don't bother getting a touchscreen phone. 2 days is already considered great for an Android phone. You want 4 days or more, get a Nokia E series.

QUOTE(CJ Hon @ Nov 21 2010, 02:04 PM) but wild fire has 384 ram, and hero has only 288 ram. wont that affecting the performance thus less apps can be supported? RAM plays a part but it's not a big deal since they both still have the same processor. However lots of applications built with Android Cupcake 1.5 will be filtered by Android Market and will not be shown on the Wildfire. Before Android Donut 1.6, there was only one specification of screen - 320x480, thus lots of applications built with 1.5 do not support 240x320. The screen quality of the WildFire is QVGA, which is considered a low-density screen which is why it's priced cheaper than the Hero.

I suggest everybody to hold off their Android purchases until 18th February. Why? Because the Mobile World Congress is going to be held between 14th to 17th February. Lots of Android phones are going to be announced then (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S2, HTC Desire 2, etc)

QUOTE(Rudd @ Jan 31 2011, 11:21 PM) this only apply for those who have intention of buying high-end androids right There may be also new budget phones announced. Also whenever new phones are announced, you can expect prices of existing phones to drop sooner.
