Yes, Cal-Lab charge RM25 for lifetime exchange guarantee for damaged isolator by whatsoever means. Similar to your isolator, my AC isolator still working but phone isolator got fried by lightning but my router saved. My opposite neighbor's refrigerator "gone case" by the same lightning strike. The key difference between Cal-Lab and other surge protector is that Cal-Lab is an isolator, not an arrestor, it doesn't arrest the sudden surge of strong current, instead it isolate it by self-destroying. There were frequent lightnings in the late afternoon in Puchong area in the second half of December. Maybe yours kena when you are not at home.
