My router kaput recently (2 weeks old), but modem not affected.
Is this due to lightning? Not using any protective equipment.

In fact Bdr Kinrara & Wawasan is just next to each other, many years ago there is a proposal to open a link fr BK5B to Wawasan 4 (is bout 500m away), however there is a small hill blocking the two Tamans, but the possibility if there...let's wait

Supposedly there will be a development there, but after PR took over Teresa Kok promised that it will never be developed. I think that is what the residents of Wawasan want.

Looking for new double storey house around Puchong area with budget less than RM500k. And also looking for a room for rent nearby Tesco or Taman Wawasan.

Wawasan 18X65 at RM430K..Wah..u still remembered ~ 2008/2009 when we 1st discussed about the Golden miles of Puchong and I was ranting about the price of Puchong Utama 18X60 stagnant for 10yrs at RM180K way back 2009? Latest price from the Stars last mth RM380K liao..tnx to Carrefour & new U/C Tesco haha

Actually more like late comers haha. Robert Kouk Group under Hillcrest already established & developed bt14 starting wth Maju Jaya area and tehreafter Puchong Utama phase 1 since mid 90's But they are very slow. When I bought my house during mid 90's, They already a plan for a Private Hospital, a condo tower & even a central park at that big land base. But Nothing happened and now, either the proposed Hospital or Condo tower becomes a MBA court haha

Puchong town turning into Myanmar city...see many coffee shops serving Myanmar food, shops with sundry goods rom Myanmar. At least 90% are illegal immigrants so what are the immigration doing about this? Planning a Hari Immigresen or busy spending their salary increase?

Dear All,
Please be extra vigilant. There was an attempted break in last night at around 8.45 pm in the home of our RA Member , Mr BK Lee in Puteri 8/5. Luckily the attempt was foiled although they had already managed to break through the glass. I don’t have the full details but I will keep you all posted when I do. Their images were captured by CCTV. I will try and post. Whats more important for now.THE CCTV has captured the images of 3 Pakistanis driving a black color Cherry MPV with heavy tints. They only wind down their glass a little but they had to wind down further when questioned in their haste to escape. Last night it was Puteri 8, tonight it might be your area so notify your guard to be extra vigilant. What’s alarming is that these are foreigners and for me for the first time PAKISTANIs. I am not being paranoid but extra vigilance is now required. Why so because we noticed the new Maintenance workers replacing Alam Flora are Pakistanis as well. I have sounded this to MPSJ. See below. This might be a coincidence, I really don’t know but we must be vigilant.
