Actually what I have read is that you shouldn't drink with your meals because the fluid you take in will upset the chemical composition of your stomach, and you won't be able to digest your food properly.  Cold drinks esp are very bad because the stomach needs a certain temperature to function properly.  If you drink cold drinks, drink on its own, without any food. 

You can test this.  Observe the way your stomach behaves when you eat like you've normally been eating, taking drinks with your food.  Take note of how you feel.  Whether got gas, whether you feel bloated etc, and if you want to be really thorough, take note of what comes out the other end. 

Then after you ahve observed enough, switch.  Drink no later than half an hour, or even one hour before you have a meal.  Then don't drink anything while you are eating.  Don't eat fruit either.  Just eat, drink some soup is ok, but not too much lor.  Then don't drink anything until at least an hour after you've finished your meal.  Longer is better.  Give your stomach the chance to digest everything properly first and for the contents to be pushed into the small intestine before you drink.  And observe and see if there is any difference.

Saw the contractor setting up camp near giant kinrara. I just hope the prasanara not building 3 lrt stations in bandar kinrara. The station near giant is just 800 meter from station near law perindustrian kinrara.

They have to start from Kesas side 1st mah since that's the current ending point o.e Sri petaling station  ..Thereafter, it will find its way toward Bdr Bkt Jalil till moving along Puchong-Bkt Jalil highway starting near the oilice station> Mercedes Hap Seng star, Giant, Shell, Puchong Jaya,Tesco..& etc

Huh u must be confused liao on the buaya lake. The actual original farm of the buaya lake is located at Bt11 i.e the landslide kampung area between Tesco & IOI Mall (Now is the biz ctr where ESH electronics located).  Only decades ago, they found the buaya escaped to Sri Aman lake in Kg Sri Aman opposite Putra Heigh area and Kg Sri Aman is where the last controvertial LRT station before the line joined Putra Heigh station at Giant Putra Height
