I've bought wutaukou again from the van parked outside the workshop at the opposite end of the block from Kei Wei at Pusat Bandar. It's really good and some of the other stuff I've had from the place is also good. There's always a small crowd there after work.

I got no choice gotto go all the way to PJ State to see lokter Newton & Young because my company don't have panel doctor in Puchong. They've got a couple of branches, but all their doctors seem to be quite experienced and I've not had any problems. But then I only go like once or twice a year.

I want to tell everybody about this mohinga place at Pusat Bandar. It's a stall in the old Ma Boo, the corner shop. The whole shop has been taken over by the Burmese and usually, I'll be the only non-Burmese there having a meal! The mohinga is authentic and only costs RM3, and there's an auntie operating a stall outside selling nice samosas stuffed with onion and potato and som other kinds of fried doughy things. Very nice for breakfast.

hi guys. need help to guide me to kedai tenaga bandar puteri:
KEDAI TENAGA PUCHONG
No. 2, Jalan Persiaran Puteri,
Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

just now went round & round bandar puteri, only can find giant, citibank, ocbc, public bank, hong leong, kpmc, easy phamax, but no kedai tenaga. rclxub.gif
*
From Easy Phamax go down the road some more. You will pass Nyonya Imperial on your left, Strawberry FC on your right, keep going until you come to a t-junction, then turn left there. The kedai tenaga is just a few doors away from that junction. At the other end of the block, you will see Bake Wif Yen, and Public Bank opposite Bake Wif Yen.

Just now went to the Matang Seafood Porridge opposite Puteri Mart. Damn EXPENSIVE and NOT NICE. They don't really give you porridge. What you get is boiled rice, still quite whole the grains, then they put it in hot water, add some seasoning and stuff, and then you pay up to RM9 for every 100 g of liu you add. RM9 for 100g of grouper or red snapper, RM6 for squid, RM9 for prawn, etc etc.

Donno how long is the distruption but star reported water resumed  hmm.gif  I thought it would be few days if a whole dam is effected.  But for sure the water coming in now would be a bit contaminated as it already flow out from the dam to pipes.
Wawasan 4 apartments still have water but a bit murky
"The plant was reopened at 4pm yesterday after the ammonia content dropped to a safe level."
Water supply was restored in stages to Sepang, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat and Petaling Jaya, depending on the distance of the residential areas from the plant."

Anyone facing ammonia water issue? I don't think my area affected, at least the water i have doesnt indicate so  tongue.gif

Just wanna ask you guys, any of you know of any nursery around puchong bandar puteri area? There's one near DHL but it looks real deserted plus not easily accessible, need to buy some coconut fibre for my pets' substrates.
Plus you guys know of any shop selling plastic containers of various sizes? Especially those selling in bulk. Help much appreciated..
*
Isn't the Giant nursery a bit expensive ah? along the bukit jalil at the bomba there got one. Not as cheap as the Sg Buloh ones lah, but they got lots of things. But if you just want to buy coconut fibre you might as well go to the DHL one, should be cheaper there.

For plastic containers, try Bake Wif Yen Bandar Puteri or Baker One Puchong Jaya, but I think those places in Old Town will be cheaper lah.

Bukit jalil bomba  rclxub.gif  kinda out of the way lol..
The thing bout the DHL one is that I don't really know how to enter and exit  sweat.gif passed by there countless times. aiks nvm will give it a try sometime soon. Thanks all  notworthy.gif
*
The best way to go tot he DHL one is to travel along the LDP from Tesco there heading for Putrajaya. At the Puchong Perdana exit there you turn left lor. It's just there when you turn left exiting the LDP, you can see the entrance.
