Hi, my friend have been working in finance dept in Ingram Micro before. It is 5 days week job. My friend told me that Ingram Micro is a "horrible" politic co. The system which using is very unfriendly. People in Ingram Micro all very selfish, not helpful each other between own dept & other dept. Due to the system quite unfriendly , so mostly job are done in manual way. It is quite big co, a lot of business. It is high challenge job!! As my friend told me it is very very very high turnover in every dept. Good luck!!

I had been called for interview to this company, i need to know its working environment, rumors that this company is like in "horrible" politics, but this is few years ago, now still like this happen...?
