1. My current rate is USD1 = RM3.30 (7th May 2013) // Buyer please note that the price are usually on RM3.30, but will change accordingly if the USD currency change in a way that it will affect my cost.

2. Buyer is responsible to get the weight of item, and all total cost of item (local shipping) that will be purchased.

How to calculate the weight?
i) Weight are categorize into two categories. The first one is Item weight and second is Volumetric weight

ii) Whichever weight are heavier will be used for calculation.

iii) Volumetric calculation
a) If item volumetric is in inches/inci - length (panjang) x height (tinggi) x width (lebar) / 305 = ??? kg
b) If item volumetric is in centimeter/cm - length (panjang) x height (tinggi) x width (lebar) / 5000 = ??? kg

3. If a website allow purchase only with US credit card, please note that surcharge of 10% to the total item purchase + their shipping will imposed.

Terms & Conditions

1. Full payment is required for any order(s).

2. Item that is allowed to bring back is :

i. Clothes
ii. Designer Items (Handbag/Purse/etc)
iii. Cosmetic Products
iv. Electronic Items (Not too big)
v. You can ask me about other thing.

3. Please note that postage will be usually done on the Saturday whenever Pos Malaysia is opened. I might be able to post them out on some other day but I won't count on it that much.

4. I have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as necessary if there is any discrepancy.


How to make an order?

Only when you confirm and satisfied with the price, PM me. I will ignore message that asking me for quotation as 99% of people that PM'ed me does not confirm it. Only if you are really troubled, then only PM me for quotation.

FAQ :

1) How long does it take to reach Malaysia?
It depend on how fast the place your purchased send the item to my counterpart in US. For example, it take 5-7 days delivery to my warehouse. It will take another extra 7 days or slightly more to reach Malaysia. I can't guarantee the delivery date due to different order at different place. So it is always better to assume that it will take maximum 20 days after all order is finalized.

2) Once I have made order, and item does not reach on time, will I get refund?
No you won't be able to get refund as long as the order is finalized and submitted.

3) If the shipment get taxed, will I need to pay for it?
Yes, buyer will bear the tax, I will declare all item at lowest value possible(logical pricing) to avoid heavy tax if only buyer request to do so. Be noted that if I declare at lower value and item lost during transit, you will be only able to get refund on the tax value declared

4) What will happen if item lost in transit?
I am using DHL as my courier. The percentage of item lost in transit is extremely low, still it is not impossible to lost in transit. I will not be responsible for any lost. All delivery/shipping proof shall be posted if there is any lost.

5) If an item too heavy and out of shipping estimate, will I get charged extra?
Yes, but you won't get charged at an extreme fees. Let's say, originally, that item expected weight might be only 1kg and I charged RM30. If it suddenly calculated as 4kg, each subsequent 500gram will be charged RM13.

6) I'm a cat lover, will I get discount?
Yes! I am a cat lover too! You will get RM10 discount if you take a photograph of your cat (or any cat you have snapped during outing will be accepted without LYN ID) with your LYN ID and post it in my thread. This is a reward for someone who loved cat, and also read every detail from beginning until end!

Lost count of customers, but some of them have deal almost RM10k worth of items without any issues.

Total = RM48.75 + RM34.9(commission) + RM25(shipping) = RM108.65

USD6.99 * 3.35 = RM23.50
USD8.99 * 3.35 = RM30.20
USD6.99 * 3.35 = RM23.50

Total = RM77.20 + RM47.70(commision) + RM25(shipping) = RM139.90

Total = RM281.10 + RM63.10 (commission) + RM25 (shipping)

I will not be able to confirm this shipping fees as it look big, and it will take 2-6 weeks for delivery as stated in their websites.

Tell me if you still want to proceed with it.

Hi,

You might get tax for helmet over the Sirim thingie. I wouldn't know how much that will cost, but expect more than RM100. If you are not sure what I'm talking about, you can check your current helmet / electrical stuff over some small shiny sticker.

It's about RM162 + shipping. I am not certain about the weight yet as this is a book, for now I assumed it's 1.5kg.

Yes, it stays there due to other cost involved, the rate of 3.15 is to cover up some other minor cost incurred on my side. Anyway, my service are still cheaper between RM50 - RM70 compared to other provider.
