i'm currently using UB68, in the join air thingy, my speed goes as low as 0.07kbps and 600kbps.
i took almost 10mins to download a 4.5mb pdf file using bitcomet. wtf? isnt the speed for this plan 3.6MBps? it's even slower than my house streamyx 1.0mb zzz

i uses it at KTAR's hostel. it's this slow as well at my home cheras (around cuepacs) any idea why?
tested the speed, here's the result


3 times i tested, first 0.9 then getting worse and worse. 0.36 zzz
