QUOTE(moneydaily @ Jan 26 2011, 09:46 PM)
just wondering, whats the quickest way to unthrottle 128kbps ub68 after  renew/purchased subcription. it took UM 2 whole days to unthrotlle my UB68 last month.. ( after e mail and calling up their CS )

I am also having the same problem.

Since this seems to be rather common problem faced by customers, should'n U mobile have a system/procedure in place to "Untrottle" the users ???

just a suggestion.

After each customer have subscribe to the UM68 package, the technical dept should be updated too within 1 hour.

This is possible since the subscribers are notified within 5 mins after they have purchased the um68 package by SMS.

So thereafter the technical dept should "Untrottle" the subscribers account within the hour too.

Like ALL business , if the customers are 1) Inconvenience 2) Cheated 3) Given Uncompetitive package , then customers will take their business elsewhere. hmm.gif

Hi All,

Have you guys still getting 'Throttle' speed of 150kbs after you have topped up for the RM68/mth package ???

This have happened to me since I started using U mobile. After Topping up after 1 month use, the Speed should have been reset to 2 to 3 mbs as per the normal usage.

But it remains at the throttle speed of 150kbs. Then you have to COMPLAIN UMobile.

Then they will ONLY reset the speed. This has happened to me several times. And it is getting FRUSTRATING that you have to COMPLAIN to get it reset each time.

So hope the U Mobile will take note that 1 of your customer is getting "Fed Up" with this issue which crops up again and again.
