1. i think the speed is kinda normal. cuz, wireless broadband is all about coverage area n the number of simultaneous users right? so even if the area is good, maybe theres just a lot of other users. i mean, it is shah alam instead of kelantan or what. right? im using UM in pjs 7, near taylors lakeside. heres my speed.

this speed at 1.30pm

i guess its pretty much the same

but i have to say, UM so far is very good. speed maybe not the best but its acceptable. can still download and play games.

almost the same as my 1Mb streamyx at home

i just got umobile broadband, they give me this csl modem, and whenever i plug into laptop, theres 2 devices with removable storage connected. if 1 is the software thing, the other 1 is?

i tried opening the modem n besides the place to put the sim card theres another slot which i think can fit the micro memory card.

anyone know anything about this? just to confirm, dun wan spoil my modem. would be awesome though if can be use as pendrive oso

Some modems got a microSD slot (IIRC), best thing is check the manual (or google for the exact model).
