meaning i need to pay RM10 top-up + RM10 UM10 every month = RM20 ?
http://www.u.com.my/broadband/plans

if i don't want 42mbps options, i'll get the sim card only for free, correct ?
i use smartphones only, no modem needed...

you just top up RM10 every one on the U Prepaid Plan, then buy the 100MB (UB10), so it is RM10 per month only.
Your prepaid won't expiry during your broadband plan, as upon RM10 topup, it extend to prepaid active period to 30 days.

checked at shop just now... they said the cheapest starter kit is RM20 with RM5 airtime
eh i thought RM10 only... with RM10 airtime...
so with RM5 airtime, how MB i can get for 1st time before top-up again? 50MB ?
u mobile isn't so famous coz couldn't find the top-up card.
based on their website can reload via m2u but i couldn't find it. only celcom & maxis available.

hi quantum...

i managed to find RM8 starter kit at 7-11
so i need to top-up another RM10 for broadband to get 100MB for 30 days, is it correct?
can i reload the broadband credit at 7-11 too?

does the phone configuration is included in the starter kit?
or just msg to *118# and it'll configure the automatically?

*
enough...

QUOTE(shyuanshyuan @ Apr 11 2011, 07:27 PM)
Maybe he jus wanna use on phone? Hehe
*
correct... i've streamyx at home... just want to check email while on the move...

QUOTE(digilife @ Apr 11 2011, 07:36 PM)
if tats the case, then go subscribe the NEW rm28/mth package tat comes with 100Mins of talktime to all local telcos and 500MB of Internet data.
*
it's not RM28... it's RM38 (RM28 + RM10)
how they calc the 100mins in per block?
ie : call duration is 55 sec, so equal to 1 mins? or call duration is 10 sec so equal to 1 mins?

QUOTE
RM28 per month! there's a catch... u its RM28+10
cause u need to reload RM10 for the phone line validity of 30days

let say i dun wan to use the phone line, can i reload RM28 for DATA only...?

anyone know which internet banking can use for reload purposes?
maybank & bankislam cannot (u-mobile never update their link)

i've successfully using u-mobile with RM10 - 100MB plan...
so far so happy with it, no lagging at all...
only this problem always occured, umobile3g network sometime will dissapear & replace with mycelcom.

my network settings :-
network mode : dual mode
operator selection : automatic

i've check with customer support & they said if that area no umobile3g coverage it'll replace with mycelcom. but i'm at KL, how come no coverage?
