true... FUP applied ... if exceed throttled to 384kbps which is still fast...
BUT
their capping sometimes abit late.. some ppl got throttled exactly at 5GB... some after 15GB very few didnt got capped at all

average less congested area is 2.2-2.6mbps
more congested area 1.0-1.4mbps

and everywhere i go n on my lappy i love to do speedtest... its either on my Umobile or on my maxisbb

finally... got capped after 25GB of downloads hehehe in 2weeks
its about time... dunno what else to download..

i have confirmed with the @umobile018 CS few months back..
for broadband.. when no U 3G coverage u cant use the net at all... it will never roam thus there will not be any roaming charges

but for voice n sms... when no U 3G network.. they tumpang celcom 2G network with no extra charge
soon... they will tumpang on DiGi but dunno when will start..

all that we know after the celcom tumpang contract ended.. they will tumpang DiGi.. including data n broadband 2G (EDGE)

downgraded my maxisbb to bare minimum for work only n save money.. cant ditch it coz i often outstation

RM48/mth 1.5GB
if want more save... just suspend your account by calling the CS. maxis wont charge you during suspension period for max 3month then need to reconnect back with a RM10 reconnection charge

getting flat speed as the speedtest below all day..
been direct downloading so fun now~ hehe 5GB? in just 2 days hehe which is yesterday

after 4days of using u68.. i got capped after using 11GB hehe puas hati.. now duduk diam diam

true... last month manage to get until 23GB in 5 days of usage if im not mistaken then baru kena throttled

what modem... dont tell me the x-fone modem~

they are giving ZTE MF180... which is a HSPA modem but dunno detailed spec... same looks as the Celcom ZTE MF190 HSPA modem

is this one of them? wow soooo fast

its not my speedtest actually... i just browse thru the result page for ip .199
then i saw this one.. i wonder is this the one?
there are 3 speed test a few minutes apart getting the same speed range.. so i doubt its just a speed boost due to cache or something
