The FUP applies to the u68 plan also right? what's the bandwidth cap then?

Just got mine, using it through my phone

Some how mine pretty slow when trying to stream PPS, download from RS or MU also not consistent.
Only utorrent is fast  |

speed is slow but latency is pretty awesome now
load sites like lowyat or google reader is faster than usual for me play bfbc2 also no issue |
