would like to ask about the FUP reset date.. I signed up middle of the month, but my bill is charged by calendar month(means 1st half month is pro-rated) so my FUP reset date is begining of the month or middle of the month?

does that mean if I wanna call help center, I can take the sim card from my modem and put into a hp to call 1318 for helpline?

so is postpaid free too?

Hmmm.. I don't know how to not reach 5GB per month, even without download, normal web surfing already reach 200~300MB per day.. that's without youtube, just normal surfing..

around 6 ~ 9 hours? LOL.. I whole day at home so the internet is on for messenger

for this month I already used almost 31 hours and almost 900mb gone

I though of a new way to cap people for fairer capping policy.
Why not they cap people based on usage level threshold, eg if exceed 5GB then cap from 3.6 to 1, if continue exceed till 8GB then cap it to 512kbps, if continue exceed till 10GB then cap the 128kbps

so those who really exceed by ALOT will be capped the worst while those exceed a little won't suffer too much

I don't mind getting 2.6 to be honest, currently I don't even mind getting around 1.5 which is what I'm getting due to staying at 12 floors and blocked by another block.
most important I think is stable for my gaming needs and hope not to get capped sharply at 5gb

i think 30-40kbps is quite slow if u using U68..

i normally get 60~140kbps download but keep in mind I'm living high building and might be blocked by another apartment block too..

if speedtest shows 2.2 means quite ok what..
then the reason for slow download is the origin of the file itself..

i never got capped last month so i'm still fine here

No complaints here tho, I think if u able to control yourself and limit yourself from exceeding quota there won't be any trouble..

capping at 128kbps when u reach 5GB threshold. However some users might not be cap on the dot when reach 5GB, maybe some extra allowance is there..

is it even possible to download from HF or MU etc? unless u have premium membership then its quite hard to get a chance to download from such site

use online to pay, not necessarily need to go to their centre
