Shared proxy IP, it's like that.

Either get premium, or dc rc till you get an IP that is not congested
*
i keep dc rc also same ip lol...
do Umobile offer private IP package?

I am not very sure, but i thought if the ip is not dynamic it is easier to track down that fellow?

By the way, 8 times fees for a private ip? What is the purpose?
*

OIC. The RM68 advanced payment for U40 plan is accounted as part of the monthly bill. So, for U40, the first month bill should be:

RM40 - RM20 (rebate) - RM68 = RM-48

2nd month:
RM40 - RM20 (rebate) - RM48 = RM-28

and goes on...

Thanx for the clarifications...
*
i signed up and start using on 31st dec

now it's 9 feb

how they bill me? by email?

i have not paid anything yet after the 1st sign up of RM168
