Dear Renovators....

Kindly advise the best method to refurnish at cheap cost.
Prefer DIY.

I was thinking of below paint, anyone know where can i get ?
i) Behr Semi-Transparent Concrete Stain
ii) Valspar Oil Porch and Floor Paint

I like the semi gold effect. What do you guys think ?
Painting it gloss is kinda boring for me.

Thanks.... icon_rolleyes.gif

After surfing for info, i think its better & cost effective to paint gloss... all i need is undercoat, gloss paint then stain is the last layer.. Ace Hardwear should have it...Stains is just a thin layer nice to look at but not recommended for heavy use area... imho.. icon_rolleyes.gif

I apply this on metal gate area to try, so far it works...this is the cheap quality ones & very fast drying.. once i undercoat, gloss paint..a few layers of this on gloss paints should make a cement floor last..(i hope) .. drool.gif

The pye dampshield is just a sealer? Can show the photo of your work? What type of undercoat and gloss paint are you using?
