I've tried to free up my HDD , defrag it, my booting time still doesn't change..

Hmmmm been doing some repairs on a few of my office pc recently, what i notice is that in my office pc's that has its system partition with 50% or more free space, the windows loading time would be much quicker even tho the pc's with maybe 30% free space has a slightly bigger rams or better cpu..

Plus if u can disable any unused items like eg: serial ports, parallel ports etc also..
my C:\ right now have 68GB
free space out of 102GB, but the booting time still doesn't change.
Humm, i'll try to disable the unused ports..(which the uncle's PC have much more unused ports than mine)
