This is malay area with many low cost apartment. Price appreciation will be limited.

I don think this place is that bad.. Jus a little high den..
So what is wrong with whole row of shop is workshop? If ur car breakdown at carpark or near 1120, u have no problem even u need to push to the workshop.. Just walking distance.. We easily get food with numbers of hawkers nearby, schools, highway, hypermarket and shopping mall (Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid)
