Where did you get info that outside the surrounding is normal? The surrounding place is well known for black spot area. Is just that people are ignorant and believe that the surrounding area has nothing to do with the 1120 Park Avenue since is Gated & Guarded.Actually in theory, the community in 1120 Park Avenue should be safe with proper guard and fencing but the actual fact is not. I don't understand why cant the security do their basic job where as to provide security to 1120 Park Avenue.
