I happened to pass buy the taman sri manja area from the Shell statiom from old klang road, and saw these newly completed comdos, if its 1120, location really sucks, first the jam and toll, and most i important, surrounded by low cost aprtments etc, only people familiar with the area will know

Rm400k for 1000 sf, in such area?? If i am buyer, would rather top up a bit more and get the zest, with lrt coming up too..i guess u r a property agent?

SorRy to say but this is one of the reasons property prices gone up so much, mainly due to greed...we r actually punishing the next generration who will suffer

Hahaha.....as expected when somebody gave an honest assement of a project, area or condo, almost everubody with vested interest showed their emotional responses....forgot to mention the petrol statiom nearby, though not that mear...

Omg, me have seen medium cost aprtments wit much better environment than these...tats the poblem, me think many gurus given prior advices, but some posters tink we making things up..anyway, just becareful when driving around the area, much like Boulevard at Damansara, many motorcycles and Potong cars driving dangerously...these people short fused and highly stressed due to their status...
