Let's see.

Main concern, weak security + management office with the "dont really give a shit" attitude.

- vehicles, especially motors can enter without access card, where guard will just open the gate.

- well, maybe they thinks that, even if u enter without access card, they cant enter the building, however, there are no guards at the entrance of building as well, where most of them just wait at the gate for ppl to enter/leave the building and gets in. ( i even once saw a whole family from grandpa to grandson from the terrace across bring all their swimming equipments walks to the carpark entrance and wait for ppl to open the door )

- hawker stalls that set right in front of the entrance, operate until 1/2am, with gangs of motorcyclist lepak around, making noise, revving bikes and doing stunts.

- plenty units rented to a college, where a lot of students walking in and out, early morning, 3 buses idle right in front of the entrance, honking like nobody's business. not sure if it bothers you, but to me, definitely it is.

- quite a few units rented to black people, aint no racist here, but simply read too much incidents from newspaper, however, so far, non trouble caused.
