I was just wondering, what is the RIGHT description for someone to be filed under the term "UNDERAGED" and be detained for in Malaysia?

Some clubs have door policies which are 18, and some up to 24.. Are these only door policies?

If police raids due to happen, saying a 20 year old in a club with a 21 year old entrance policy, will he/she in this case be detained? Or by legal right, he/she as long as being above the aage of 18(which I think is the legal drinking age in Malaysia) would not be categorised as UNDERAGED?

I believe if raided by the police, a 20yr old in a club with 21 entrance policy shouldn't get any problems - these are the club's rules, not the law.

In UK for example, the 21/24 etc. policies are usually only used as an excuse to reject entry to people they don't like the look of. I guess it is similar here

In conclusion, follow the door policies for clubs. Budak hingus layan MOS and Maison.

Thats the basic idea that came into my mind, because whether it is 21 or 24, it is solely at the clubs discretion to control the type of crowd they would like in their premises.

being that, any member with legal knowledge of Malaysia care to explain further on the UNDERAGED theory..

i think TS trying to ask about the legal age to drink/club.. not the door policies

personally i really really hope one time i could get UNDERAGED for nightclubs... however, this is impossible for me. sad yet true...

21 / 24 age limit for clubs is club rules.. the club wana go a little upmarket abit wana high standard abit dunwan their club to be filled of 2inch!
