herm .. well in goodshape will attract unwanted werewolfs that only love shape ... so when later in life i get not in shape .. the werewolfs will hunt for others... so better find a werewolfs that dont mind whether i am in shape or not?? korek???

Actually it will be done at gombak my collegue house... but i suppose i need to bring some food/ingredient over to.. but i am superb lazy to marinate and cook on saturday hahahaha
