Whey protein isolate is the cleanest and highest quality form of whey protein. Isolation of the whey removes the lactose and fat from concentrate form. It has a higher protein per serving ratio than whey concentrate. Whey protein isolate yields over 90 grams of protein per 100 grams of whey. It is virtually fat and lactose free.
